Lauren is a coach who guides creatives back to their intuition, helping them embrace their authenticity and produce their most meaningful work. Her clients come to her looking for clarity, purpose and freedom, and she supports them in reconnecting with what really matters.
She’s also the landlady of an East London pub I used to frequent in my 30s (a while ago now!). One of those fun little full-circle moments when creative paths cross again.
We had just an hour together to create these brand photos at her home near Victoria Park in East London. The shoot was simple and honest: we captured moments of her working in person with a client (using somatic practices), holding space online, and just being herself. One of her kittens even made a cameo!
“I absolutely loved working with Brenna, from start to finish. In the planning stage she asked great questions to help me define exactly what I wanted to get out of the shoot and the overall look and feel. After the initial chat we had a Zoom to talk more and create a mood board so I knew we were both on the same page. At the shoot itself she was fantastic at directing me (which I was so grateful of as I hate having my photo taken!). She made it fun and relaxed and I was so pleased with the final outcome. She got the photos over to me very promptly too. Can’t recommend her highly enough!”
These kinds of brand shoots - relaxed, intimate and grounded in someone's real life are some of my favourites. It’s all about capturing you in your own energy and space. And I love how Lauren’s shots turned out, and they look so great on her website!
